Janis Joplin; Jimi Hendrix; Jim Morrison; Brian Jones; Kurt Cobain…and now Amy Jade Winehouse. Does the soulful songbird deserve to be on this esteemed list? Certainly up for debate, but in our humble opinion…absolutely! She seemed to channel the talent (and vices) of the aforementioned. A meteoric blaze of light only to be snuffed out like so many before her. It’s unfortunate that she chose the selfish and self-destructive path of addiction. Wasted Talent! (raises index and pinky finger in Sonny voice) R.I.P.
